In this episode I chat with Simon Majumdar. Author, food and travel writer, broadcaster, and judge on numerous Food Network shows. This was my sixth interview I had ever done for the channel AND Simon had to hold his cell phone the entire time(switching from one had to the other), so it was an interesting work-in-progress. We did go deeply into Simon's background, things that changed his life entirely, and what gave him the gentle push into what he is doing currently.
