Other than serving some of the best (and most creative) barbecue in the country, Misty and Russell Roegels (from Roegels Barbecue) are incredible humans. Their location on Voss has been a bucket list destination for almost 30 years now and they recently opened a second location in Katy in February of 2022 which has a full bar and a ton of additional barbecue options.
