Before the world changed I spent a few hours with Daniel Weinstock, owner of Maple Block Barbecue Meat Co., and head chef and pitmaster Rodolfo Suazo, photographing a huge portion of their lunch and dinner menu. Below are some of those photos.
Maple Block, located in Culver City, is a Los Angeles version of the central Texas style barbecue where all meats are cut-to-order wood-smoked and nearly everything they serve is house-made. Their new hours are Monday – Sunday 11:30AM – 8PM with take-out(order online via ChowNow HERE and Caviar HERE) and curbside service as well as delivery via Caviar HERE and PostMates HERE. Also, BEER and WINE is available for all takeout , curbside and delivery orders.
