I sat down with co-owner Daniel Castillo from Heritage Barbecue to discuss their brewery-focused concept Heritage Craft Beer & BBQ which is opening by the end of this year in Oceanside, California.
They will be taking over and completely revamping the shuttered Municipal Taco location at 2002 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Per Danny, they are looking to be open 7 days a week from roughly 11 am to 11 pm with 10-14 beers on tap that they will be producing on-premises as well as a menu that focuses on tacos, sandwiches, and plated entrees.
Once the brewery is fully up and running, the beer selections will also be sold at their San Juan Capistrano location. There will also be a hidden speakeasy that will be creating cocktails to pair with the food selections.
