I have known Blake Stoker for a little while now and the more I've gotten to know him, the more impressed I am with what he can accomplish. His food trailer in Martin, Tennessee was immensely popular not only because of the great central Texas-inspired menu but because of their customer service. The amount of repeat customer business he did was amazing. Fast forward to the opening of his brick-and-mortar location Blake's at Southern Milling and you can see why there are lines out of the door. The team is larger but the importance of great customer service and a great experience is key.
Because photos tell an entirely different story, I have put together OVER 50 photos of the barbecue, food, drinks, and atmosphere at Blake's at Southern Milling. Hopefully, you'll be sure to visit when you're in Martin (it's pretty much halfway between Memphis and Nashville.
Blake's at Southern Milling is located at 109 S Lindell St, Martin, TN 38237 and they are open from 11 am - 8:30 pm Wednesday and Thursday and 11 am to 9:30 pm (with an hour break from 3 pm to 4 pm)
