I ordered their Tabasco fried pickles as an appetizer and a combination plate consisting of pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and chicken with mac and cheese and baked beans as sides. There was not an overwhelming taste of Tabasco in these pickles. I enjoyed eating them, although they were not quite as good as some I've had in the past.
There was a LOT of meat on the combo plate! The brisket was sliced and had a very good texture. It was lightly sauced, however, with their red BBQ sauce. The chicken, served with no sauce, was extremely moist and flavorful with just a hint of smoke. The ribs were amazing! Perfect texture and doneness, and just the right amount of smoke.
The pulled pork had a good flavor but was a bit on the dry side. The mac and cheese had a nice creamy texture, while the baked beans had a bold flavor! Overall I was very pleased!
