after traveling the south for many years and tasting BBQ in every region of the country I was "let down" from this place. From all the hype I assumed Jesus was tending the fire. I will admit however that it was the best BBQ I tasted while living in the Atlantic States. If I hadn't heard all the hype before going there I would have probably given it 4.5 flames.
