I had the BBQ tray, consisting of pulled/chopped pork, fries, and hush puppies. Hush puppies were good, would've been super nice for them to have a touch more flavor. Fries were fried up crispy to perfection. Pork had a beautiful color to it. It was moist and very tasty.
Two different sauces available -- a sweet smokey sauce and a vinegar-based sauce. Try the vinegar sauce with the pork. Gives it an extra zip!
