I really wasn't expecting much from this place, considering the size of the town. I read the Texas BBQ Posse post, and knew I had to give it a try. I was not antique-ing with my wife. Actually, I was with my husband who was racing in a moto race (same idea though).
We had lunch here, went in right at 11:00 AM, since there was also a car show in town. Place was packed by 11:30. Everything was really good. Our favorite = the ribs. Fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, have the typical conversation "how did they do this?".
If you find yourself in Jefferson, this is a must stop place. Jefferson is a great town too...so plan a whole trip.
