Not sure how to respond to a review that describes my BBQ as using liquid smoke. That will get strung up where I come from. My restaurant uses a Southern Pride SPK 700 smoker, one of the best on the market. We smoke with split hickory. Not sure if you don't know what hickory smoked meats taste like or if you gauge your palate to liquid smoke. Probably the later...

I wanted to go 1 star here because it's obvious he uses liquid smoke but all the meat was juicy and tender so he get's 2. I was very excited when seeing pic's of Bronco's all over the wall but that thrill quickly dwindled as I tasted what seemed to be a pork cooked in a oven with liquid smoke added.
