For the BBQ afficionado Ribs USA is not to be recommended. For the recreational BBQ eater, I'd say this place is decent but nothing amazing.
I had the pulled pork, the pork ribs, the beef ribs, and the tri-tip. The meat was cooked fairly well with the exception of the pulled pork which was very dry. However, it lacked a good smoky flavor and a good texture.
The sauce to me was more like a sweet syrup than a good hearty bbq sauce. The tri-tip was the only item, I felt was above average, but still not amazing and certainly there are many places where you can get better.
